009. Letting go of “stuff” that no longer serves you

Have you ever been through a time where you found yourself holding onto a feeling, thought or person, even though you knew it wasnt right for you? So often we cling to things because of the fear that if we let it go, the void will not be filled. We often attach our identity to a certain feeling, though or person as well. In this episode I talk about why you need to let go and exactly what can happen when you do.
